Export Paint...

Presents the standard file dialog box, where you can name and save the current card and background picture as a MacPaint document.  The picture doesn't include the Message box, menus, or windows that may be visible.  Use Command-Shift-3 to capture those.  

Export Paint is available whenever you're using a Paint tool.
